What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Interac, or Cash.

What deposit is required for reservations?
Reservations require a deposit of one night's room rate, plus tax which will be charged to your credit card.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit, minus $25, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made LESS THAN 14 DAYS prior to arrival will not be refunded.

May I depart earlier than my original reservation?
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to rebook your room, we will refund your deposit. If we are unable to rebook your room, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.

When can I check in/out?
Check in: 3:00 PM. Early check in on request as available.
Check out: 11:00 AM. Late check out on request as available.

Do you have a honeymoon package?
Yes, includes upgraded room, flowers & chocolates at regular room rate plus $75.00. Call us for full details. or choose another package from our Special Touches.

Do you have rooms with a separate bedroom?
No, however an adjacent room may be booked with rooms that share the same bathroom.

What is your charge for single guest?
Room rates are unchanged.

What do your normal rates include?
Rates are based on two persons per room, and includes a breakfast voucher (up to $10.00 at Belle's Cafe and Bistro good for your stay with us only)

Can you accommodate larger groups, and do you offer a group rate?
Yes, special group rates may be available, please call the inn for details.

Can I smoke while I am at The Belle of the Bay Inn?
The Inn is entirely non-smoking.
But we do offer a designated smoking area outside for your convenience.

Do you allow pets?
To ensure all our guests have an enjoyable stay, we regret that pets are not allowed.
